Returns

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, contact us first.
